You can never get enough water. Water does a body
good. You should drink at least 6-8 glasses of water
a day. Believe it or not water could be considered a
dietary supplement, it helps with fat loss. It is one of
the best liquids you can put in your body.

There are many ways to get phat abs, but first you
must know your body and your:

1. Limitations
2. Don’t focus on what everybody else is doing
3. You must be consistent in an AB routine
4. What you eat is more important than the workout
5. When you are working your rep ab’s make sure
     that you experience a burn and not a hurting pain.

 

 

Certain things are mandatory in achieving a better
body. Consistency is essential in obtaining any goal
in life. Proper technique. You can spend years working
out and not see any progress, if your technique is
not right. You can’t eat any and everything you might
want. It all boils down to discipline. Without discipline
all of your hard work could be in vain.

Doing different types of exercise will speed up your
progress. You should never let your body get used to
doing the same thing all the time. Every now and then
